Tensioner arrived. Too bad I'm swapping the bearing now instead. This will get returned.

Plan is to do them this Saturday, but if they're not rebuilt by then I can always push it out to next weekend. I don't think @RPain will be ready for them until then

Yeah I think I'm planning my install for next weekend or the following week. Depends when Jerry gets his RXT setup. No rush.

Yeah.... and they are loose enough right now on the drivers side that I can move the tire and the truck stays still on its own weight lol

Huge thanks to @MrCrowntown and @05TacoRunner for the help this weekend.

Saturday, got the last idler pulley replaced, and pulled the tensioner pulley from the assembly, took it into work and pressed out the old bearing. New bearing went in, re-installed, and done! so much easier than pulley the assembly. Swapped in the new shorter Dayco s/c belt as well. Once these gears are broken in (they are gettin closer) I'll be able to see if it helps with boost. truck just runs smoother and quieter now.

Also swapped my 600# coils to 650#. The ride is night and day difference. less pre-load with a taller ride height and better ride quality. win, win, win. Just need to replace the spherical bearings in the lower eyelet which are shot. glad to know though, because I have been chasing a clunk under my feet for MONTHS. Thought it was the cab mounts and have tightened them down multiple times with no luck. So, that will be nice to replace those. then everything is good and new up front.

I need to install 650 ppi springs as well. Currently running 750. See how it changes the handling.

Yeah. A little too firm. Pushes through the hard turns.

How many more miles until the gears are broken in?
