You ever get that tie rod fixed?

 

fixed? it works, therefore not broken lol. I am soon going to do a front end overhaul. CVs were binding this weekend and tie rods squeak like a mofo so it all will get replaced.

 

again, ill believe it when I see it, and marshall was the other qb I was talking about in the "2" times statement.
you never know how well a great qb from another conference is gonna do in the SEC till they play in the SEC, even a non-conference sec game isn't a very good measuring stick to how an every week gauntlet will treat a qb. I'm not saying that all qb's in the sec are tough and I'm not saying that a qb from another conference isn't tough, but I will tell you the ones that aren't tough are easy to spot after a couple weeks of sec play

 

all I know about QB play is this: LSU sucks at it.

 

CVs binding? tierods squeaking? what is this about? Find that air leak, you need to find a way to get a guage on that system to verify the pressure it's getting to, and fix your broken "cheap chinese hose"

 

lol I'll get the air situations figured out, ARB has said they'll send me a new hose.

you didn't hear me talk about the CVs? At the end of Saturday on the way back to camp there was some major "grinding" from what myself and Trey both believed to be the CVs. They could easily be dry, just gotta look at them. Tie rods have been squeaking for months just turning on flat ground lol.

 

Unless a boot is tore they should be good. You ever grease the Tie rod ends?

 

negative, I have not greased them. A year (or more) ago when we put my Kings on we noticed grease in the wheel well from the CV boot. Never saw a tear and it's been wheeling fine. This weekend was the first binding I've felt. Not worried about replacing it all so might as well do it when I have it torn apart.

 

Aight, well I would recommend keeping the old CVs and tie rods. They still roll, better than something that gets broken on a trail.

 

I may until they break, just don't want to be screwed without replacements (which I didn't have this weekend)

I carry 2 in my tool box and 3 quarts of gear oil

 

hence why I wheeled. I'll have CVs and tie rods before I go out again.

 

I will probably do the same.

 

Also have inner and outer tie rods and lower ball joints, go every where I go
