New member looking for upgrade tips and tricks

In my case...I dont mind cutting, chopping, grinding and all the fun stuff.

I wanted a tire to fit my lift proportion (5" front & 3" rear)

So thats what I got

Well mine are set at 3", it is a firm ride, but I tow my rock crawler with the truck. It's as soft as I want it for me. I am going to bump up to a higher rated spring after my new plate bumper and skids are installed.

 

No offense, but I think its just the newbs that dont want to chop the cab mount

Its really no big deal, took 30 minutes.

 

This kid is not afraid, I am currently modding the shit out of my rig these days. Got bumpers, skids, etc to install.

 

Mine is set at 3", currently running 265x70x17, jumping up to 285x75x17 now.

 

I'm of the opinion that if you're going to cut make 33s fit might as well just go for 35s.

 

Box full of goodies to install, check out pic, still has good lift with All of the weight.

There are SOOOOOOOOOOO many different options and variations

AAAAAAAAAAND no 2 trucks are the same

So a lot of this is trail and error

Something that works for me, may not work for you...and visa versa
