Our bathroom at work always smells like bleach, however the toilets are dirty there's no clorox to be found.

 

Yeah, it'll be a sad day forsure. But hey we will have another house to host mod days once I get all my tools together again in one place! And I'm that much closer to the mountains.

 

Were running a very shitty situation at the moment. Our dealership is undergoing a makeover. When they redid our little sidewalks on the sides of the service drive, we believe they poked a hole in our sewer line. Then proceeded to fill it with concrete. Less than a day later, all the toilets and manholes started overflowing. We originally had one port-o-pot for the sales dept. It has now turned into one port-o-pot for 40+ service dept workers, 20+ body shop workers, our sales dept, and our customers. And while they were trying to figure out what was wrong with the plumbing, they literally covered the service bathroom floor with shit. It reeks so bad everywhere. It's been like this for over two weeks now.

Our sewers have been crushed since I got here. I've been hounding them since I got hired about repairing them, since we are draining hot condensate into them 24/7 and blast them every shift during our blow downs. They overflow constantly. Especially the one next to our stack...like 10 feet away. I keep telling them I'm scared one day I'm gonna walk by and fall into a sink hole, or be coming in to work and see the stack leaning over. My boss finally listened and had them do surveys, which they confirmed our sewers are collapsed, but they said "we don't see a sink hole, but our equipment can't detect a sinkhole if it's filled with water"....oh you mean the water that's constantly draining down in to it...

 

I don't know what that is.

To clear tires, the second gens and 4runners require a modification to the cab mount behind the tires. Not too intense, but does require cutting and welding.

 

A company I worked for took a lease on a building about a block from the sewage treatment plant. Unbeknown to us, it had lift pumps to pump sewage into the sewer mains. Just before we started TI's, I was walking around and all I could smell was shit-it was up to the level of the vault cover and probably would have over flowed had we moved in.

I felt sorry for the poor bastard that had to pull the pump to fix it (actually, both pumps). That was a shitty situation for sure.
