Sucks man, I've been there before. Get better soon. I really had to watch what I ate when I got hurt, so I didn't lose too much progress.

So I decided today to start counting macros and hopefully I can keep doing it at the end of the week. I'm out of town for work, so I can choose what I want to eat. That being said, I downloaded my fitness pal, and was wondering where I should be on carbs roughly. Its telling me I should be at 3050 cals for the whole day, but so far I'm at 946 total cals 114 carbs, 35 protons, 21 fats. I want to start shredding essentially. So I know I have to increase protons to around 220, which I currently weigh, but I'm still a little confused on where essentially I should be on my numbers.

Any recommendations? Also, any tips/tricks to using the myfitnesspal? I like it so far, especially the barcode scanner. Kinda vague on the search function for foods, but it does provide quite a bit of options. I like it so far.

Body weight protons, 100 fat, the rest carbs :notsure:

That would be around 370carbs but 3000cal seems pretty low...

    It's all rubbish...

Just train your tastebuds to recognize protons, carbos, or fats

Or you could train your digestive track to only accept what fits your macros, selectively absorb those and excrete the rest.

All of this is bullshit. All I do is talk to body part I'm working on, and tell it to get bigger, more defined, or smaller. Sheesh.

Today I learned no chipotle on gym days. Lifting was fine. Went to try and run after to flush my legs. Got about 5 mins in and had the worst stomach cramps.

Got my order in from MyProtein. Went with the Mocha flavor off someones recommendation. That stuff is damn good. Took almost a week to get it delivered, so I'll probably end up ordering a bigger bag sometime next week.

I usually do to more or less. But it's a light meal. Not a chipotle haha.

Get a 2:1:1 it's (from my research) the most cost effective and best mixture
