Hey so I just need a quick answe for this, I have a 2015 Tacoma dc or, I just put on a 1.5" aal in the rear, and ome 885s in the front on 5100s at all four corners. The drivers and passenger side front measures 23" center hub to bottom of fender, drivers side rear measures 23.5" passenger side rear measures 24"... would the taco lean 1/4" spacer fix this or would it throw off the rest of the measurements?

Wouldn't it make the driver side front higher than the passenger side?

I'd suggest driving it a few days, then revisit the measurements after all the new suspension components have had a chance to settle. Since your measurements are equal in the front, a front spacer on one side will change that. When I put my 2" AAL's in about 18 months ago, rear measurements were off almost 3/4" the day I did the lift. After a couple hundred road miles, the left and right rear measured within 1/8" of each other. Fronts settled about 1/4", but equally from side to side.

Wait a couple weeks, your driver side front will sag up to a half inch. Then you'll need to install the lean spacer anyways. The rear probably won't benefit from it though.

That would really suck to get an alignment, then have it sag, need the spacer and then have to get another alignment

I read your first post too quickly. If they're equal now, don't put in a spacer. Drive it for awhile. You might stop caring about that 1/2".

Find a shop that sells lifetime alignments. I think I paid $180 at Sears. I'm already ahead after getting 3 done in 2 years. Make sure they give you the numbers you ask for not just a toe and go.
