Glad I never buy anything if I don't have the money. I knew a brand new truck with a big DIY and modding community would be dangerous and low and behold it is.

Guess OV tuning and some 265/75/16 tires will be next. Going to wait on the lift for now.

With no exhaust hanger on the mid pipes, that's putting additional stress on the flexing that the downpipe must endure. Not sure what the material/quality of the stock downpipes are but my Frontier's exhaust manifolds were cracked all over the place due to stress facturing. Seems like a terrible idea to remove those.

Yeah this seems like a lot of stress on the mounting bolts after the cats. I just emailed gadget about it.

Thanks for your detailed review. I am for sure holding off now. I will wait until all the problems are fixed up. It seems like this system would be perfected since it cost a grand.

Some have had better luck than me. Im going to go play with it today. Maybe heating up the pipes yesterday will allow them to take better shape and fit properly.

Thanks man! Yeah people on here had me thinking it's stock at low RPMs. It's not loud but it's definitely there.

You should have a hanger on the right side, mine does. I asked gadget about the left side and he stated it was not needed. I will more than likely have one welded up when it is all said and done. As for fit, no issue other than make sure all is loose and turn the V clamp pipe so it aligns with the already mounted y pipe. I then added the muffler. I will say it take some work to get the cat pipes and y pipe all lined up. I like the sound it is not stock like sound <2500 RPM.

Can you show me your hanger on the right? I certainly don't have any except for the 2 by the muffler and 1 by the tailpipe.

Here is the front muffler hanger. I had to build the back muffler hanger as I did a dump, didn't buy the tail pipe section.

Yup he has it. It seems we have an issue with quality control at URD.

Here's mine. Top knotch exhaust system.

At first I was aggravated about the O2 sensor. Then I got a little more aggravated about how it fits. Now this is just ridiculous. How do you forget exhaust hangers?

Imagine buying a Rolls Royce but it didn't come with engine mounts.

So I went under the truck to resnug and redo the clasps. My Y pipe wasn't perfectly aligned but I did the rubber mallet method for the v band and redid all my bolts with anti seize. Little less loud now. My Y pipe doesn't have hangers either, but it does feel really sturdy.

It feels sturdy because your downpipes are supported. Seems like a lot of support far away.

I need to try to rubber mallet tomorrow

Rubber mallet fixed it right up. I was very surprised how well it worked.

Was good to snug up everything though.

How much torque are you doing on the clamps?

Where are the clamps located? Pictures?
