    Hey Chris,
I didn't want to read through 6 pages. I like the camper, looks really utile, should be great for camping.

Have you thought about sliders on the AC unit? Push it in flush with the outside wall for travel, then push it in place for camping. Just a thought, something to keep you busy :D

The 1250 is as wide as the main body, but doesn't include the width of the wheel base. The 1250 comes to 4.1 feet, the 2000 comes to 6.5 feet. The wheel well width is approx 1 foot on each side, so really not a big deal at all. Plus if you have a roof rack on it like the one that came with mine, those stick out a little more anyways.
The door on the room is centered and the door on the tigermoth is not centered, so you would have to offset the mount. You could either do that from the start, or properly center it, then when it comes time to set up the room, you loosen a few nuts, slide it down a few feet to get it to match up, then retighten. I have already emailed ARB to find out the width of the door on the wall setup. ARB is considerably cheaper than anything by CVT and Tepui.

That's actually a really good idea. I was kinda dismayed when i realized they removed a window to fit the AC. To me it should have been put through the front wall and have retained the window. I'll have to consider this but they have it sealed up really well.

I really don't think the AC unit is going anywhere. Its either there or not, would be pretty involved to add/remove consistently. But if you figure something out, I am interested.

The whole thing seems like an excellent idea to me even if you have to make a few minor adjustments. ! thing I ordered when I purchased is a second set of stabalizers for the front. It really makes a nice steady platform and with you having the rtt I coud see a real bennifit for you there unless you already got them

Yeah Andy has a good point and he knows I plan on taking this down trails just trying to find ways to clean up the chance of any damage

I am going to use the RTT on my truck if I use it at all. This whole thing is great, I was going to purchase the KBvoodoo mid height rack form my 3rd gen tacoma, as well as a RTT. Instead, this comes (yeah I know I paid for it..but still this comes with 1k RTT, 300 thule roof rack system, 100 watersport system, 200 ARB awning, ?? AC unit for less than most dealers sell without any of this (again Ron Hoover in Houston has best prices in country)) with a RTT that I don't need to buy seperately, and I will use the Thule system on my truck bed for now. The RTT will be used for quick overnight trips or when friends come.

I will take pics tomorrow, I don't know if they updated it from 16 to 17, but my AC is really secure, I have a hard time seeing it move and get damaged. And again, it doesnt stick out farther than the wheel base.

I've got to check out the watersport system. The off road package comes with the road shower so I've looked in to them I'll need that and a pottie before we can head out away from campgrounds

It's probably the same as ours is IDK how many other ways they could have done it really. The concern is more with it being struck by tree libs and stuff as where i live it'll be going down mtn fire roads and logging roads during the warmer months the trees have a tendancy to grow out over the trails to the point you can scratch your truck up pretty bad if not careful

Just bought a hammock, REI is having 25% of ENO hammocks. I just thought how great this thing is. There are multiple attachment points inside for a carbiner, then you only need 1 tree for your 2nd attachment point.

Oh yeah, I just remembered that the AC needs a power supply. The onboard battery is not powerful enough, and solar won't be enough either. Need to buy a small generator.

Edit - this was from the rep at the dealer, and I am not sure how much they know about it. I will email the tigermoth rep in the morning

We found the chillax hammocks at Costco for $10 I couldn't believe it when I saw them on the computer for $30-$70. Yes a generator may eventually be in the plans when we get away from campsites. With me sleeping on a CPAP I may move the battery to the front cargo rack and add a second in a box. Then add a solar panel. I can get a DC adapter for the CPAP but need to figure out the amunt of power drain
