What brand for the 12 ton? I like the buy once, cry once, die never mentality but I would really like to not cry since one of my eyes are swollen shut right now.

 

My issue is XXL frames are few and far between new let alone used in my area

Looks like the 6 Ton is $40 for 15-24" and the 12 ton is $70 for 18-28 from strong way. You think 6 Ton is the way to go?

So the 4runner is having some brake issues. It only happens when braking for lengths of time, like pulling into a parking spot or when I brake often like residential driving. I noticed there's a hissing sound when this occurs and the brakes become stiff, as if there is no power assist. Both the brake booster and master cylinder were replaced approximately 2 years ago, ~30k miles. Could it be a vacuum issue due to the circumstances? Or brake booster about to fail?

 

@RPS1030 which one would you go with? Ford 9 center and D60 outer? Seems once all parts are gathered it will be fairly expensive.
