Why exactly? 2" lift is almost perfect split of up and down travel

 

Because I bought 295s like an idiot and rub when turning when I'm not flexed. Irritating. So I want to go up

 

Rub where? @Squeaky Penguin has this size tire and has worked freaking hard to make them fit. But upping the lift wasn't one of his solutions.

 

Yep. Man up and take a 5lb BFH and an angle grinder and make em fit. Lift isn't the answer.

Catches the inside plastic when turning and when I hit a few hard bumps on the AZ trip it rubbed

 

pfff cut that plastic off man.

And cut off the pinch weld and hammer the shit out of the fire wall.

You've got a lot of plastic to get rid of. Most of the wheel liner needs to go, bottom of the flare and fender, and all of the pinch weld. Also would help to ditch the stock flare screws and a get something that mounts flush.

I'll take a picture of my firewall tomorrow morning.

Going up helps at ride height, does nothing as soon as you use your suspension.

Like Brett said, that stuff just has to go. Hell i don't anything like that left in Franks fender wells.

 

On Another note..my lo pro RTT mounts official...don't work. Tent was sliding around all day. Found a solution i think though.

 

Thats true, didn't think about a spray option. Your also running 35's, so moot point on the frank reference.
