since youre doing 255s, you should be able to get away with it, but from my reading, under hard flex, some of the 255 guys still rub and still do the CMC

Any of you guys know where I can get some good reading as far as how to adjust and what setting to put the LR ucas on. I have done a few quick searches and nothing really has come up. I just wanna fully understand these things so I know where to set them after installing and before getting my alignment.

Yeah in @HeadStrong Off-Road review of the OME few guys discussed taking them apart and spraying them. In the center is only primer. You will probably see that when you take them apart.

Same thing happened to me. Had to stay the course though and ended up with 285s.

Went into work yesterday.....took the day off today....see if I can finish up some fabrication of a plate for inside the cab, and maybe mount my hood and bed lights. See how much motivation I have. I need to pull some more stuff out of the baby's room in preparation for the nursery stuff arriving this week. #BabyMods are in full effect.

Just be cautious when on the trail. @fatfurious2 drove cautiously due to not having a cmc.

Supposed to be a nice day today, might as well get the truck stuff done.

Good to know I can still use the spare location, at least until I get a new rear bumper with swing out.

True - I have been looking at the rear bumpers with swing out, I just want to be able to pull the swing out off from time to time as needed, so I can do other truck shit. @Mobtown Offroad mentioned being able to add the swingout after the fact.....but he doesn't put chips in any of his orders and that just hurts.

I remember @fatfurious2 said he drove cautiously until he got his CMC done. I would just cut that shit off at a minimum. Welding is the hardest part. I know some guys who just cut it off and then painted it to prevent rust. Structurally you arnt losing anything by removing them. It will just become a cubby for debris to keep an eye on.

Actually, if I go that route i'll end up blocking the rear camera, so that will need to be relocated or i'll have to think of another solution.

I used the biggest thing I had available and went to town for about ten minutes. Im sure my apartment complex thought someone blew up with all the banging, but it had to happen.

If you succeed with bare fist, you are a better man than I could ever hope to be.

Relocation isnt too bad - Worse case you can get an aux camera for cheap on Amazon and splice into the existing line.

Yeah I drove the same for a few weeks before I got my CMC. NO u-turns or sharp turns, and 27 point turns if going in reverse. :D

Yeah, that isn't too bad. As long as it continues to use the screen on the rear view mirror i'll be happy. I can probably find a spot on the bumper that I can mount the camera too.
