The front ends on 1st gens are easy to replace. A little TLC and it will be a great truck for the what ever you like. Can't complain about the price. Also check the tramsmission fluid to see it needs to be flushed. Use that to your advantage to drop the price and I can teach you how to flush it. Pretty easy. I've done it a few times.

The Estes elk are unafraid because they know it's a safe place. They don't eat fries and burgers. Maybe some granola here and there.
Just like the moose in this area that are not hunted. You can walk right up on them.

Moose are never afraid. The ones in Alaska were like stray cats in downtown Anchorage... giant, mean, scary stray cats.

If any of you happen to be painter's please dont paint fire sprinkler heads. They suck to change and its expensive! These guys are getting a $20k back charge for painting 120 heads. SMH.

Niche fact for the day. Spray painting fire sprinkler heads is bad. I just looked this up, turns out there is a little glass bulb that breaks when it reaches a certain temperature, triggering the sprinkler. If there is paint over it, the bulb will stay intact, and even if it does break, can prevent the valve from working right. Can't wait to tell this one during the next road trip :)
