I have a 500 yd range by me. I stopped one day and there was a group of guys from Pittsburgh there. The one guy had like 5 full autos. He had a 22, m16, 8mmkurtz, mg42 converted to 308. He let me let a belt fly out of the mg42. Mmmmmm I have the video somewhere. I'll have to find it after work.

Mother truckers! They didn't have all 5 tires in pa. So they shipped all 5 from there next warehouse....in CA!! Plus when I called the customer service number instead of extreme terrain it was American muscle I believe.

Same day one of the guys had a suppressed 22 was walking behind us decided to pull the trigger to check to see if it was empty. It wasn't shot the cement behind us and either the bullet or the cement hit my buddy in the leg. Broke skin too.

That's stupid shit, I'm not a big fan of stupid shit.
    o_O
Ifen someone wants to check the loaded status of a gun by pullin the trigger, point at themselves and pull the trigger. If they aren't willing to do that then sure as hell don't point it in my direction. They would've seen the business end of my edc gun.

There's a reason yah keep yer booger hook off the bang switch till yer on target en ready to shoot, otherwise point that rosco in a safe direction and rack it. There is no maybe it's loaded in my world, the gun is loaded until I verify. If you hand me an unloaded gun, I will still verify that it is unloaded.

The way it should be every weapon is loaded till it is verified clear

It should be a muscle memory habit

Then that can go wrong as well picking up empty brass when your in harms way

    Idjit: "it's not loaded"
Me: "this one is, so quit fucking pointing that at me".

All guns are always loaded. It's easier that way.

I feel that it should be mandatory to take an 8 hr. Safety class before you can own a firearm. I've had to attend 8 hr safety class for work once a year. Then we had safety talks Daily on the job.
So many people have No idea about the 4 rules.

    1) treat Every gun as if it's loaded
    2) Never point a gun at anything you don't wish to destroy
    3) Always keep your finger (booger hook) off the trigger until you are ready to shoot.
    4) Always be aware of your target and what's behind it.

Follow these 4 simple steps and there won't be "accidents"
8 hour class ... long .... but needed for those with short memory's or not paying attention.

I've only ever had Hang fires like that with old mil-surp ammo or muzzle loaders. But it's a real thing.

I've put probably 10k rounds of 22lr through my AR and a Ruger Mk3. One dud per 25 rounds is probably about right.

I think that's the gun, not the ammo.

Although i exclusively used win-white box, after testing a bunch of different ammo in my guns.

Where do you guys recommend getting stock front brakes and rotors at ? Dealer or advance auto ?

    Dealer prices here are $83.86 (+tax) pads and 91.24 a side (182.48 + tax ) for rotors

Advance wants 60 a piece for rotors and they have 3 different pad choices with $60 being the best and most expensive ($24 pads being their cheapest)

The dealer will match anybody else's dealer prices too so if someone knows a cheaper dealer price let me know

    Or order them ?

Depending on the rotor thickness can they be cut ? What it the min thickness ?

I guess I should go look it up and read for myself lol
