Haven't used this site in about 9 yrs or since I supercharged my 2003 3.4L Tacoma, but its good to be back. My old yahoo email was hacked too much so I started a new account this time around.
Just upgraded to a black 2015 DCSB TRD Pro and love it. I've had my 03 for 12yrs and, like other members, was ready to upgrade so I started doing research on what I wanted. The 3rd gen was my first review but still not sold on the look or the fact that a truck motor is based on a Prius engine. Once i found the 2015 Pros, I knew that was it. I flew to New York from Michigan and drove my new truck home two weeks ago. These trucks just look badass. Now I just need to S/C the motor to get some bite for the bark.

Bought the truck with 21k miles. It came stock besides a toyota bed extender and Firestone Destination AT wheels. I never found out why the stock. BFGs were swapped out. I'd rather have those. Also, not sure if the weathertec floor liners come stock or aftermarket but i have those.

I imagine it will. My S/C 3.4L is a champ at towing, too.

    Thats the plan!

What was HP output for the SC 3.4L? The SC 4.0L is 305HP.

The stock 3.4L was right around 180hp and the TRD SC advertised around 65-75 hp increase. I also have TRD 7th injector, CAI, TRD headers, and TRD catback so I think Im up around 300hp but I've never had it dynoed to say for sure. All I know is that light truck runs like a raped ape.

I want to do similar mods to the TRD Pro if I find a similar setup thats as reliable as my 1st Gen is.

Also have to find the extra funds for mods this time around. With the 1st Gen, I was single and coming back from deployment with a stack of cash burning a hole in my pocket so the truck got boosted.

Do you have the TRD ecu flash or the Bullydog? Or URD UCON?

I have the TRD CAI, TRD SC and had Toyota flash the ECU. That's it for my engine mods.

Don't know how active you were on your old account, but I'm pretty sure the mods here can help merge the accounts, or change the registered email address, or something. If that's something you want to do, shoot a PM to @tcBob

Welcome back, and nice Pro BTW!!! :fistbump:
