    Afternoon everyone !!!

    My day was going awesome until I went to a Valvoline oil change center . come to find out they removed my skid plate to change my oil . During the re install of my skid plate they informed me that (2) bolts were stripped. and couldn't tighten down

    They said they found it like this ???and that if I wanted the skid plate removed or not . they mentioned that is still secured but missing those (2) bolts

    The only other time the skid plate was off was a couple months ago when I had a Goodyear store change my belts . Now I'm bummed out that my 60k mile 15yr old truck has missing or stripped out holes on the frame

    I don't know what I'm going to do , fix it myself , let Toyota fix it or ???

    I'm bummed !!!:angrygirl::pout:

    Marine it sounds like a pretty easy fix . Sounds like maybe Goodyear messed up and the quick lube found it. They did not try to hide it.
    Get ahold of the Goodyear center manager and explained what happened. There a big company and probably will help you out . Just be polite and ask for the help.
