Nice write up, looks awesome. To back the drums out I used a bolt from the rear of the front factory skid mount location. It's a common size, but I'm a burnout when it comes to IDeeing hardware :rasta: Lol! The truck has taken on a hole new look!

I knowwww. I freaking love it!!! It was so easy too, just time consuming to let it dry.

Thanks! I could have definitely tried harder but I was feeling lazy. I almost didn't even tape the studs...:anonymous:

Welcome. Another pro tip is to make sure the emergency brake is off when removing the Drums. I'm guilty of that 41 yrs ago with my first vehicle :anonymous: Haha!

Oh snap, that's good to know! Mine were on pretty firm, like I always do when it goes on jack stands.

Oh shit! Love adding stuff to the good ol knowledge bank.

Damn those are some sexy trucks.
I highly doubt I'll ever paint it white! It just looks so good the way it is, I don't feel like going through the effort to paint it white.

It looks amazing! With the back ground it is even hard to see the shell haha

Keep it black, it looks good on white and now looks good with the black wheels, and will even better with window tint!

Totally agreed on all points! This wasn't my original plan, but it really came out awesome.

Not anytime soon. I debadged the tailgate, and it was a BITCH to get the gunk off. Took me a couple hours with acetone and I still couldn't get it all off. After that experience, I didn't have any desire to tackle the doors.

Trust me, I tried real hard with heat, but the adhesive wasn't the problem. It was all the dirt that had built up over the last decade that was engrained in the paint. 'Twas rough.
