Definitely understandable about being hesitant. I do feel like JBA would fully compensate their customers if there were any issues with the new design. I think they got it right this time though. Only time can tell.

I know the eBay ones have been available for years, but I've never had those "protune" ones show up in an Amazon search until the other day. :notsure:Also I just contacted Built Right and they are working on production of more first gen uniball arms and should be ready in a few weeks.

It is never safe to use a hydraulic jack for an extended period of time as it could fail.

You should always use jack stands as much as possible. Hell I carry two in my osk.

Not a problem if you're not going to be under the truck/letting it sit for a while. I would definitely go buy some if you don't have any, tho. For other, more involved work, UncleShrek.

Oh I know, I always use jack stands unless the truck will be up for like 2-3 minutes (usually only have one wheel off if it's that case) I have 3 in my toolbox at all times.

I spy a Prinsu rack, you should get the cabrac and join the club!

Yeah, Not totally sold on drilling into my cab yet....
I also don't think I need the extra rack space

    I have room for

    1 x 100w solar pannel
    1 pair of TRED pros
1 box with rotopax mounted on top
    1 solar shower?

Going to mount some quick fists on the sides, maybe a ditch light or two

Sold it today to help payoff our 2017. It was a sweet car and I really didn't want to see it go. Now I have to get aquainted with a stranger again- my kid said the new one looks sorta mean, weird and nice too- so I think I'll call it "Floki".

Does anyone have any thoughts on wiring two light bars to one switch. I now have two 8'' bars in the back. My first thought was to wire them to the reverse lights, but I also wanted to have them on a switch in case of the "fuck you" guy riding your ass. I wanted to hear your guys opinions on whats better!

Even after 38,000 miles on my 17 PRO, I get a smile every time I climb in my Gen 1

If I was forced to make a house by the Taliban at gun point, I would sell my Pro and keep my gen 1

Why not do both? That's how I wired mine. Use a SPDT switch (or DPDT works and you just use one pole).

I wasn't aware that was an option! Do you have more info on this, also if you turn the switch on will the reverse lights come on?
