    1. The dealer doesn't care that they're swindling you.

    2. The dealer is completely ignorant of what they're actually selling.

    3. The dealer hires lazy employees who don't care enough to pay attention to details and therefore jack up your shit as soon as they get their hands on it.

    I visited DCH Toyota of Torrance when I was shopping for my Taco. They wanted 15K above MSRP for a new Pro and 10K above MSRP for a USED Pro with about 200 miles on it. Fortunately, I only wanted a crummy TRD OR and they were kind enough to offer it to me for MSRP. I almost laughed at them. I had my checkbook in hand and financing ready to go and they would not budge a single dollar. 100% of their sales must come from dumb yuppies.
