Also, on the note of meet ups...

I am planning the Inland NorthWest meet up and camping on my property. It is not a wheeling trip. Based on popular vote, it is set for Sept 9&10. I'll be here on Friday the 8th for those who want to be over Friday night too. More info on this thread.

Nice, I've been wanting to get up that way and do some exploring, looks like that would be a good one to check out.

Yeah it's the only spot I've found locally that offers any technical or hairy areas. I actually had to get to a point to turn around because I didn't wanna continue, and I couldn't risk backing up through it. Fun stuff

Did everything I could not to join the Yeti fanboy club. Finally got my Yukon today. This things a beast. Yes I already did the flashlight test & it was awesome. Might actually put my Yukon vs Coleman test on YouTube.

Looks like I'm going to be looking for a place to camp out somewhere off I90 on the east side of the pass Saturday night and meeting up with some Jeep buddies to roll up to Gallagher on Sunday. Anyone else going to be out that way this weekend?

Yeah, me and my camera might ride along with a buddy that has sliders. Might.

I need sliders:drool:. Let me rephrase that. I need money for sliders.

Seriously though, I want step sliders. I like Slee's but $1000! It does look like they have a near bomb proof bolt on arrangement compared to others.

Any other recommendation for real sliders with fill plates? Weld on is ok.

    Thanks

I ordered some C4Fab awhile back. Hopefully will be here towards end of August. Welcome to check them out when they get here if you are local to me. (Seattle itself).

My original plan was Demello X-Wings, but then I really liked Mobtown Offroads bolt on system. East coast shipping was insane though. Stumbled upon C4Fab and loved the design.

An unusually high amount of pinstriping.
I am trying to talk myself into a set of sliders from Motown, but this is the main reason I haven't pulled the trigger yet.

Grab your ankles first and he will introduce you to the biggest flashlight he can find then turn it on and look for light out your mouth...jk
I was wondering about it too. My guess was put a flashlight turned on inside the cooler, close it up, and have the cooler in a very dark room to see if any light shows through.

And now, thanks to @JimSnell , pushed off even further.:smack:

Just ordered a set of XO Fab diy sliders for pick-up tomorrow.

My cooler works pretty good anyway. I just use lots of ice.

Disassembled my OBA system this morning. Cleaned and reassembled with Loctite 7649 Primer/Activator and Loctite 545 Hydraulic/Pneumatic thread sealer. 24 hours to cure. Keeping my fingers crossed. I'll update on the results but I'm not touching it until after 10 tomorrow.

Would also appreciate any feedback from those who have been up there recently.

It would be pretty screwed up to do body damage a day or two prior to installing sliders. o_O
