    I loved Halfmoon Creek! Trailheads for Mt. Elbert and Mt. Massive are there as well! Last time I was there, some little kid stepped on a nail inside the remains of the Champion Mill Mine. I helped his mother carry him out to their truck and I almost lost it when, in between tears, he asked his mom "Am I going to die?" I tried hard not to laugh because I remembered stepping on a nail at his age and taking care of it myself because I was afraid my dad was gonna whoop me if I had to go to the doctor! :rolleyes:

    Just starting a post to keep track of who is available at what times this weekend for a trail run and to try and decide which trail(s) to run.

    People interested: @CharlieCafe @303tacoma @Coop68 @CO MTN Steve @Nazupag524 (if we hit China Wall)

    I'm hoping to settle on the trail(s) sooner than later, so I can figure out camping arrangements for myself, wife, and daughter.
