    Some creative thinking could help ... like Chris, he went in with four college buddies and they bought a huge house in HB ( I think a 200k loan each ) then slowly as equity built, one would get bought out and get another place, etc so now only three owners and they 'rented' the other room now.. soon will just be a rental for them and will have other places.

    So maybe get some close family/friends to go in ....have to be tight though or could turn into a judge judy shit show !
