Nice dude! Yeah apparently I was a rockhound in the making. Ha. Ever since I discovered Black Market Minerals at azmills.. Even drove out to Houser geode rocks beds a couple years ago, but couldn't find the sites. Ha. But yeah, I'm addicted. I spent nearly $200 the other day at that store.

There's a huge show in Tucson each year. You can get some good deals. I don't generally go for anything man altered... Dyes, hand grown, etc, but they are all pretty fascinating. I almost gave em away awhile back, but after I got a partial appraisal, changed my mind!

Yeah I wanna go. Quartzite too. Far drives tho. I did go to kartchner Caverns last year too and that was awesome. Will be going back to see the Big Room..

And yeah, I try to look for the natural ones. But they tend to be more pricey too. But some of the dyed ones are pretty cool. Consider them to be little works of art as to not let me down so much when buying them. They're still nice to look at. Especially when illuminated.

How is your Radiant Red paint in such excellent shape being in the AZ sun for the last 10 years. Looks great, my 08 Radiant Red was looking faded and that was back in 2012. Whatever you do to keep it up, kudos.

It was repainted 3 years ago, just got to keep up with WAX/Sealant. It's hard to keep the red sharp here with the beating sun!

I'm only here for 2 years and am paranoid about my MGM being in the sun constantly. Paid a stupid amount for ceramic pro coating a few weeks ago hoping it will help. Truck looks good, I wish they still had this red. Barcelona is too old man.

Ceramic pro should work good with the sun. Tacoma paint sucks to start with, just watch for the clear coat peeling on the roof or the scoop (if you have sport), and the side mirrors, they are usually the first to go.
