    This is an awesome idea! I was pondering setting up my canvas tent, or opening the cap/tailgate and tieing my rainfly to my roof rack and staking to the ground or a tree to sleep in the back. Your idea may be a cool solution.

    I was right next to you but in front of the woods. My tent was dry but there was a huge puddle in front of it. That's the only down side of that gully.

    The half shaft is easy, it's the missing coilover that will wreck your day.

    I pulled the coil overs off to change the spring height clips. Had them too stiff. That's when I saw the halfshaft.
