    Are these new? Also, I'm not sure about fitment. I have an 05 offroad access cab. No lumbar or side airbags, so good there. But I don't know about the "Fold Flat Passenger Seat". I feel like my passenger seat doesn't fold flat.

    Brand new! For the fold flat, your seat will have a tray on the back instead of a pocket. If you don't have the fold flat, you'll have a pocket.
