These are some of the most beautiful UCA's I have seen. They are powdercoated nicely, the metal on top where the Ball Joints are attached look like shiny Stainless Steel. I have not taken them out of the box yet, but I would imagine the Ball Joints come greased???

Yes. I used Marine grease because 1. I already had it in the grease gun, and B. Because I expect these parts to see water, a lot.

I thought Marine grease was a bit risky offroad because it was prone to catching large particles? I remember when I worked on the equipment side of farming we were told not to use Marine grease on implements unless they used water near those parts (washers, etc)

I think maybe that was the problem, that regular grease was more prone to dragging things out of bearings rather then keeping them in. Obviously as you add grease you want the older grease to push away from components. Who knows. Maybe I just had a crazy mechanic lol.

So, I'm really liking these UCAs - and started to think about purchasing some but which one? My suspension is the OME with 884 springs on a 2013 AC 2.7l - has a bumper up front but aluminum and really not that heavy particularly after removing all the stock stuff. I did not measure before and after so I don't really know how much lift I have. I do, however, get some bump steer and a little tracking on the highway and my caster is less than 2. Will these increase my articulation with this setup and can I stay within good alignment specs with the high caster version? I don't know how much if any the OME shocks extend compared to stock.
    Thanks for any thoughts,

I think that is the fastest response I have ever seen on a forum! Thanks. Do you know if my setup with this uca's will extend articulation from stock? I assume it will, but don't really know any of the specs.
