Have been looking for a Double Cab SB cap for awhile and just found one at a used car dealer. He just offered it up for $800. It is a relatively new SnugTop Super Sport in excellent condition. Color is Silver. Just wondering if this is a good deal.... it sounds like it. Thanks!

Go for it. I like the looks of a cap on DC short beds. Here's my SnugTop:

Ended up getting the cap for $700. Had a few minor paint scratches and chips but nothing a good detail won't fix. Other than that it was in great shape. Thanks for the advice.

You better get the money in your hand and run over there right now. You not gonna find a better deal, unless there is something terribly wrong, such as cracks in the canopy. I looked for about a month for a used one. Prices in Seattle area for new run 1500-2300 bucks. SundTops go for over 2200 bucks new. Ended up driving to Oregon for after finding mine on Craigslist.
    Get going.

Thats a great buy. If you need to you can always take it to one of the local paint shops. Mine was originally black. Had it color matched at Maaco. total cost of the canopy with paint ran 850. I was pretty happy. SnugTops fit great and the clamp systems on mine matched right up to the rails on the truck.

Oh, by the way. Welcome to Tacoma World.
