    No suffering at all on that meal plan :drool:

    Im trying to do a smaller amount of fat in this go around for personal health reasons, so that's where I am struggling currently

    Avoiding fat is simple enough to do...just avoid nuts and oils and choose fat-free versions of dairy products and pick lean meats to eat....most "unhealthy foods" are usually high in both carbs and fat, but those should be limited anyway. Why are you wanting to do a low-fat diet?

    I have had a liver problem in the past and out of precaution I try to keep the fat content down

    *Laura Lynn (it's the Ingles off-brand)...at one point the wife wanted some chickens, but her sister got some and we learned that it's cheaper to just buy eggs and chicken then it is to keep those things up.

    Mustard on salad sounds pretty gross. My go-to condiments are Texas Pete, A1, and ketchup.

    Its actually not too bad haha. But the best part is there is literally nothing in mustard, 30g of sodium is the only markable ingredient on the nutrition facts.

    I probably go through a bottle a week. Use franks on everything. Thinking about switching it up, really trying to revamp my entire diet. Going to start incorporating protein powder into my morning cereal so I can get gains I actually enjoy :rofl:
