Nice, that is a dream of mine to go down there. I would be happy enough to go to Lake Amistad in Texas, but Salto would be the bomb. Was it an $$$ trip?

We had a group of 14 guys that went down. The resort was $995. We took a shuttle to the TJ airport since we live in San Diego, and could save some $$ on our flights. The flights were around $400.00. The resort we stayed at was on the beach instead of staying on the lake which was an awesome choice. The resort price included them picking us up at the airport, our rooms, all our food, they even made us lunch at the lake, a pro guide (he worked hard for us all 3 days to keep us on fish), and ride back to the airport at the end of the trip.

El Salto was an amazing 3 days of fishing. My partner & I easily caught over 300 bass in the 3 days we fished. The bulk of our fish were in the 4 to 6lb range. It's funny how you almost get tired of catching 5lbers.. Take plenty of tackle with you, no tackle stores when you run out of jig trailers, or 10" worms.. I'm wishing I would of taken more 10" Yamamota Kut Tails for sure. The fish were killing 'em..

Caught this 19 inch flounder Saturday in the Indian River bay in Delaware. First time out with the new boat. Caught this after 20 minutes and didn't have another bite the rest of the day.

Went trolling yesterday about 50 miles off of charleston and managed 1 35 lb King and 6 Mahi. Over all pretty good day, beautiful seas, got to see a bunch of dolphins, a whale, and one 10ft Hammerhead!
