I apologize if you already said it, and I missed that... What wheels (and color) and tire size (and brand) are you sporting? Truck looks awesome I that photo.

Hell yes! That's the trd pro front i believe but still... Without the hood scoop... Perfection!

The way the headlights and fog lights sit, the general shape... Just badass.

They need to make gen 4 look like this.

Do they make a double cab long bed version of these 2nd gen boards? I really like the low profile look of these

IMG_0585.jpg Installed a Curt front receiver hitch so I can push my trailer and maneuver it more easily around tight corners. Easy bolt on, had to remove recovery hook but I can put a pin or ring in the receiver as a more solid anchor point, and I only need one winch to pull from the rear or front using a removable winch receiver mount (well, OK - not the 9000 lb winch - too heavy!). Heck- my bike will fit on there too, and my tailgater BBQ!! Note: 17mm and 19mm sockets, a 1/2" socket knuckle, and clicker torque wrench @110 ft/lbs is all you need to install it.

I only paid $30,400 for my Sport in 2016 for an access cab 2wd. The double cab 2wd version was $31,900. Now they are selling for $33000-$34000 for double cab 4 wheel drive models.

Tried to plastidip my badges, but I ended up ruining both sides right at the end, so I'll need to peel it off and try again. I also debadged the V6 on the tailgate and messed up the paint a little bit. Last but not least, I installed the OEM roof racks but the P/S rack doesn't sit flush in the front (probably due to the bracket not being bent enough) and the actual swing out rack is kind of warped, so it'll need replacing.

Overall, I felt I put a lot of time and effort into the day and tried to use finesse with everything I did, but it all sucked.

Been using the shit out of the truck on this Colorado trip. Exploring a ton of back country and putting the truck to some real tests. From high speed driving deep in the woods, to slow crawling and lots of water crossings, I keep getting more and more impressed with the truck. So comfortably, quite, controlled and capable. Another thing I've noticed is that despite removing my cold air intake for the trip (logging a lot of miles and wanted a nice and peaceful ride) is that this elevation is doing wonders for my fuel economy. Averaging 21 mph, which is amazing considering the mountain passes I've been driving as well as the off roading, and hauling 4 mountain bikes, my buddy and a lot of gear. Had a bad crash on my bike at trestle bike park in Winter Park today that resulted in a broken rib and various other small injuries that are gonna keep me off the bike for the remainder of the trip, sooooo tomorrow I am gonna go check out Rocky mountain state park because why not, it's only 30 miles from where I am staying.

And when I get home, I've got some awesome new mods lined up.

Prinsu rack with baja designs s2 lights on both sides

Icon rxt stage 2 rear suspension

ARB high output air compressor and just a few more goodies
