Yeah, I have that nice tire holder on the wall. Hmm, that would be a toss up. But, I would probably ride poorly geared all the way to Moab if the MT are larger than my current 285's. I ain't got no money's at the moment though. Got 2k worth of shed to build, 850 worth of rear bumper to buy, then maybe, just maybe tires. Need to work my emergency funds back up also.

 

Yeah I'm talking future, not like next month lol. Probably looking like end/beginning of year time for me maybe, will see how my KO2s hold, I just like to prepare for this type of purchase long ahead of time. You def need to get that 850 rear bumper!

So it was an awesome launch today. Waiting on docking now, then have to cover the hatch opening. After that straight to the airport for a 2 hour wait, 3 hour flight and 2 hour drive back to the hotel.

Here are a couple of pics, haven't uploaded them to IG yet. We are in a bandwidth critical time with only a 4 Mb connection streaming 2 video feeds and me playing on TW....

 

My week has SUCKED. Come in at 6:30 everyday and not leaving till late (like 5pm) is taking it's toll. Just now getting out of here on a Friday and next week will be worse. Sometimes being salary stinks lol

 

pretty much finished. Have to do shocks tomorrow and im done. Very slight vibe even with OME spacers ill look in to that later. Front cv boots are no longer touching, must have settled just enough.

Now just have to get tires mounted on method nvs and skids installed when they arrive.. That will wait until mid august after i finish moving etc.

 

Plus fix my scratched rear flare that the replacement has been in garage for well over 2 years now.

 

Agreed. I THINK I was at jacksons when i had it. I want to forget that bad night.

Probably going to take out overload leaf on dakars. Rear is a little high for my liking unless i get a cap or something later.

 

ALSO

Does anyone have just one of front sway bar bolt? I can only find 3. One went MIA.

 

Watch those rear brake lines. If you don't have extended ones, I suggest removing the bolt that holds them to the axle.

 

Yeah I have been meaning to order some. It isnt my daily and dont off road much. That is definitely going to be done. Thanks for the tip on removing bolt.

 

OK, first off it looks awesome!! Second, I would wait and see how much it settles before taking the OL off. Third, just take the sway bar off!

 

@stronghammer i may be game on the gear trip as well. Either end of december or begining of march ill be going 4.88 in anticipation for 33's later in the year. Was planning on doing the drive to ecgs as well.
