    I've got a 5yr warranty but just trying to get a hold with the warranty company is a nightmare . the other day I spent 2 hrs on the phone just trying to get past the automated computer response . when I did finally get thru I was given an email to send pic of receipt and pic of damage

    Today just trying to send this info via email was another nightmare . every time I sent the email within minutes I recieved back numerous mailer daemons
