    It's crazy to know the shit they went through, and to be able to see them as more than two dates separated by a dash.
    I'm also trying to go through the roster (Some roughly 2000 men served in the 26th at one time or a other,) and track down what happened to them and where they are buried, so that I can help others find their own relatives. I have a lot of books and sites I use for this. So far I have helped a gentleman find his long-lost 4G grandfather and his twin brother.

    It's gonna take a long time to do, considering how many of them there were and the scarceness of records from back then. The 26th was largely culled from small mountain communities. A lot of them didn't even have birth records. I'm like half-way through the B's, and I've been doing this part of the project since May. :eek:

    Bob made a change not too long ago where TW changes gifs into mp4 files so they only take up about a 10th of the bandwidth.

    Did I get that right @medic2230?
