Ohh didn't see that.. yeah might be able to with the locker. I'd be worried about overheating the tranny since he doesn't have low range.

I did it with 31s and a 3 inch lift. I stayed in 2wd for awhile and got by fine. There are a few points where 4wd became really pertinent. With a locker, you should be able to be good for the most part. You might need a little help going up about a 100 foot or so hill.

Yeah, naches is doable without sliders, but slightly stressful.

Good camera. No Nikon stuff is bad, some lenses are better than others however. They all produce good results.

Which lenses did you get? Any cool accessories?

 

Does anyone have a recommended Tranmission shop? Mine is starting to leak tranny fluid from the bell housing.

 

Getting a late start, but going camping up Bethel Ridge if anyone is around.

 

Stupid 110v welder is stupid.

 

It should be perfectly adequate for repairing broken paper clips, even heavy duty ones.

 

Are you sure its the input seal for the transmission and not the rear main seal? (ie brown oil or is it redish). If it is the transmission they arent to hard to do. Just takes a bit of time (couple hours). Its one of those jobs that sucks to have to take to a shop...get charged a few hours shop time to replace a $10 part

 

Duh it's a 110. Turn power up, turn wire down. If you can get a 20amp or better circuit it should work good enough to weld sliders.
