Yes # 6 solid copper. Our local code requires two rods 6 feet apart. Water pipe ground is #4 CU for 200 amp service, #6 CU for 100 amp within 6 feet of pipe entrance into structure.

Nothing super big 2 1/2 or 3 pounds but it was fun. Caught about 15 total for the morning. I feel good.

I am thinking out barndominium and wash tub on back porch of moms has changed to a kitchen base cabinet with drop in laundry sink.

Finally decided to tackle the dead battery issue in the Tacoma. It was dated 11/15 and it was a 2 year battery. So I just bought a new 3 year battery for $129 otd with discounts.

Good afternoon. Made out pretty good over at the river and spent some time at a small farmers market. Guess should do that more often.

There is a gentleman that used to be a neighbor to us in SD that I stay in touch with. In fact need to contact him today he wants to know if I am going to the Mn. Game Fair next month he lives about 3 hours South of me in Wi. He always referred to his wife as his first wife, took me awhile to figure out that it was his one and only. She passed away of cancer last year. He is 80 years old. And stays up with the best of them but I miss his banter about his first wife. Not near as much as I am sure he misses her though.

Great picture! Some of my best memories are from 3 generations of us hunting deer or grouse with 2 Tollers. Jack passed away in 2009 those times don't last forever but we can certainly enjoy them while they exist. I wish you and your family many more memories in the woods.

Most of my deer hunting in Pa. was in 3A... Some in 3B and once in awhile 2G and a few down in 3B. Had to look up Matamoras on the map. When I was on recruiting duty I had to drive to Port Jervis to pick up a kids Birth Certificate once, met his mother in a parking lot there to get it LOL.

The Military Entrance Processing Station for the Northern Tier of Pa. was in Wilkes-Barre and applicants had to be on deck by 0600. Believe me it is a long haul from home and the station in Wellsboro to downtown Shinglehouse to pick up someone then over to Wiles-Barre. Drove it in my sleep more than once. Dodging deer on the road then back in the heyday of large herds. Archery hunting it was common to see 60 deer a day. Don't think we will ever see those times again.

Cold in the winter kills batteries fast up here. We had banks of wet cell acid batteries on the ships and the heat destroyed them pretty fast too. I'm sure that heat you have in the summer doesn't do them many favors either.

It's pretty much a rule of thumb that you're only going to get a little past warranty on batteries here. 3 years max. Harley batteries are 1 year warranty and you'll get 2 years out of them, that's it. Luckily, with the solar array at work, Interstate Batteries doesn't charge cores so we don't have to mess with the paperwork.

I went through 2 batteries in my Tacoma first 2 years because they were covered under warranty. Last year when the second one died I said the hell with it and went to Interstate.

Lift is in, back is shot. Wasn't without issues - rear spring front shackle bolts are seized to the bushings. Had to remove the AALs from the donor leaf packs and install them in the truck's springs while they were still in the truck...

    Still needs an alignment.

As Crusty the Clown would say "it's not just good, it's good enough!"

They are pretty decent batteries and decent folks to work with. And, since that's all they do, they know all the applications and you're confident when you leave that what they sold you is going to work.

    Afternoon everyone

Just got back from the car show and I'm tired , sitting in a non shaded parking lot with the sun blaring down . Was maybe only 15 cars there and only a few worth noting about

There was 67 Dart GTS with a 572 Hemi , 71 Plymouth 383 Road Runner and a custom built 1948 Peterbilt built on a 1 ton dodge Cummins chassis running a 12valve Cummins . A lot of the High school kids liked my Camaro but not enough to win any awards

I did however win in the raffle and won a Raiders blanket

I looked at that blanket and almost declined not wanting it when they called my raffle ticket #

That blanket will probably never be used and eventually round filed or given to another car show to add to their raffle

Got nothing to do with being closed minded. It sounds disgusting.
