Dakars in the rear and toytec spring seat spacers for the TRD Baja shocks in the front.

Eventually Kings but this will work for now.

Haha I was getting on the highway today, trying to beat a big rig as I was coming on, supercharger whine set to max, glanced over at this woman in a BMW and she was looking at my truck and grinning. She liked it. We exchanged laughs at it and went on with our days.

I was thinking the same. why not just go the Hal-tech route than dealing with all this Ucon, BD, TRD flash mumbo jumbo?

@Torspd Do the Haltechs have a guardian program in place as well as most of the toys (or more ;) ) that UCON has? I wouldn't mind finding a Dyno tuner somewhere and just plugging in of those in instead. Or wait, can't you do that UCON anyways? Just need access from Gadget? Or only he can tweak it?

I think this will be my backup plan if this UCON situation doesn't improve fast enough. Honestly I'd rather have more control anyway.

I am planning everything that you have coming except I am going to do the 2.7 instead of the 2.55. I definitely want to do the itb valve body upgrade. If the Ucon doesn't pan out I'm going the haltech route and will probably be ultimately happier.
The latest thing I just did was the 70mm throttle body and I noticed more response and a noticeable harder pull when pinned. Small but it is definitely there. I found a clean 2015 forerunner throttle body on eBay. I had two days of labor of port matching the URD adapter to both the throttle body and the supercharger. The adapter is definitely smaller than the throttle body and bigger than the TRD supercharger flange. The good news is that I was able to completely match the supercharger flange to the adapter, there was enough material there to remove. If you have a 76mm adapter it is my opinion that there is not enough material on the supercharger flange to completey match the adapter all the way around, maybe 3/4 to not quite 7/8 all the way around with the remainer that will not match and be turbulent. The thin, not enough material part is at the 5:00 position of the supercharger inlet. The 70mm adapter did completely match all the way around and after all the of grinding and polishing it was worth the effort especially since I spent less than 250 dollars. I concentrated on flow more than anything. The labor will not be for everyone but I would do it again. It took the ecu about three cycles to learn and not idle super high at start up.

Interesting, although not plug n play it seem like the larger throttle body was well worth the effort to port match. Also the fact that all the ecu had to do was relearn is pretty cool. Also only spending less than $250 is a score in my book.

Drove around 45 miles from Newhall, CA back to Harbor City, CA after the S/C and UCON were installed. So far everything is working great. I need to get an AFR and Boost gauge though.

Truck responds good and the power is there when I need/want it.

The throttle body was worth it to me, but like I said earlier I spent considerable amount of effort and time with it. My family was out of town that weekend and I just put my head down and did it. The gain is there but it is small, and probably not worth it for everyone. It's a lot of work for not much at all. I think you need to take the time to match everything to get the results. I definitely do not think it is just plug and play in an hour. Now I just wonder if the 76mm adapter has the same diameter opening on the supercharger side as the 70mm adapter.

Oni06, is there any stumbling anywhere since the install?

Just remember, for a lot of those systems to work, if the OEM sensors cannot be wired into the unit, then aftermarket sensors will need to be, then turned on in the software. Conveniently, you can set levels of protection for each monitored sensor. From Stage 1 at least severe, to Stage 3 at most severe.
