problem with cab air system?

so I have no clue if the title is the right way to describe my issue but i tried searching a few different things and didn't come up with anything...I've noticed that if i turned my fan control to "off" i still get a considerable amount of air coming through the vents. If I change the temperature on the controls the temperature of the air coming through changes. Also if I change where the air is going (just feet, feet and higher vents or just vents) i can feel the air change directions. I'm just trying to figure out if this normal or if there's something wrong with my truck. It's not a huge deal but I figure I might as well try to get it fixed while my truck is under the extended warranty. Thanks in advance.

Try the recirculation button.

It's in between the hot/col dial and setting dial. When that is pushed in and lit up your truck should be sealed pretty good.

I dont feel any outside air blowing on me anyways.

I assume you only feel air blowing out when driving? It is because the recirculate button is not pressed and outside is being forced into your truck because you are driving into it. When you are stopped and the fan control is off you should not feel any air. Hope this helps.
