I'm just gonna say @NorilskSever didn't have luck on his side on saturday. We almost lost a truck and the driver in separate incidents. But everything worked out for the most part. lol

Ya, I took about an inch out. They still rub at full stuff and lock. But on the road they never rub.

Did I have fun? F*ck yeah!
Would I do it again? For sure!

Anyways, the truck is doing perfectly fine. It has to be at work tomorrow morning so I did most of the cleaning and repairs today.

Pulled the carpet out, now I finally have a reason to get that vinyl floor that I wanted before.
No damage to the electronics, water didn't really reach that high. @Jake4848 and I worked really quick to get the truck out of water, so it's all good there.
Passenger door at the back needs some buffing and touch up.
Camping was great, we had some card magic, joggling and practiced for a burning man a little bit, literally.

Anyways, here are some pictures for you all. I'll upload edited video sometime later too.

P.S. @Thyces did you end up ordering the vinyl floor?
P.P.S. @Jake4848 we got to do the night run next time.

Is that a hidden winch mount or a hidden hitch on your truck?

No. I haven't really done too much lately other than a slotted grill insert and wash n wax.

    This looks oddly familiar....

You think sliders would have pushed you out far enough for this to have not done as much damage? Or it was a tree up higher than sliders would have helped with?

Hard to say honestly, truck started sliding too fast in the mud & tree was kind of at an angle I think. But sliders now are on my list, chainsaw sliders...

The day before we did the same trail & everything went fine tho, so just a bad luck it was.

    General stupidity? :)
Went a feet to the right from the trail, to another trail (at least it looked like it). Truck got stuck in the mud under water, first 2 minutes it was fine then I see water coming in the cab. Then I am climbing thru the window to recover the truck asap. Intake was still 2-3 inches above the water tho.
