I too just replaced the belts. Sucked since this was my screw up (I failed to remove a microfiber towel which slipped down onto the belts when I was cleaning the inside of the hood, microfiber crap everywhere on the belts and pulleys - LOL).

Replaced both upper and lower radiator hoses. Had a little leak/buildup on the lower so it was time to replace.
Replaced the fuel vapor & resonator vac lines.
Cleaned up front and rear skids and sprayed em' black.

Next on the list is a refresh of the and the . Parts ordered from Wheelers just need to install.

Ive been running on torn inner cv boots for 2 years now. Is it worth it to just replace the boots? Or is there damage already done and it would be smarter to replace the whole axle?

Got a little done over the weekend and got the truck back on the ground, pretty close to pulling it out of the garage!
(Pics were taken randomly through the weekend during different stages of installing and removing parts to test clearances and fit, hence the day time/night time changes in some of them)

Spent way too much time measuring and taping and re-measuring and re-taping until i felt like i was ready to cut, no matter what i did it always looked like the cut line had a curve or angle to it. After a while i said screw it and i could fine tune the cut with a really fine flap disc if needed to get it right...

Other side of the truck obviously but you get the idea, both sides got cut off with a body saw and fresh new blades. Body saw made really nice cuts without damaging the paint at all! Spent a lot of time on the inner structure under the rear corner (even though it doesnt have to be cut off) but i like a nice clean look without all the inner junk hanging down...

Took my time and used a 120 grit flap wheel on my 4" angle grinder and lightly sanded the bottom edge on both sides front to back until it was really straight and cleared the bumper sides with a really nice even gap all the way around! Final mounting of the bumper after paint will include some machined spacers i have to give a bit more gap to allow for body flex so the bumper doesnt hit the bedsides, but I'm super stoked on how level and clean it turned out, spent way too much time on this part lol...

With the bedsides cut and the rear axle out of the way I went ahead and welded on some rear frame plates. No one makes them for double cab trucks so i bought some for an extra cab and spent some time cutting/modifying them to make them fit but they turned out really good...

Also welded the new rear shock mounts on since i did a ubolt filp so i could finally get the rear axle mounted again. Been waiting on this until i was done with the rear bedsides, frame plates and bumper since id have more room to work on that stuff with the axle out of the way. Entire rear axle got cleaned up and a fresh coat of paint after getting the shock mounts on, and obviously fresh gear oil since i drained it before welding...

Truck is back on the ground, rear axle and all associated parts are installed again and after some brake fluid and bleeding it will be able to drive again!! However, still some things to get installed before it leaves the garage but its getting close!

Rear bumper was pulled back off and is getting dropped off at powder coat today at lunch, hopefully have it installed one last time before the end of this week!

No build thread, sometimes i take pics while im working on stuff but im usually not thinking about it. Honestly its nothing special, same bolt on parts as everyone else (i guess there has been SOME welding and custom parts but nothing crazy lol).

CBI bushmaster but i changed the side tubes.

Dont really have any pics of the whole thing yet, hasnt come out of the garage. Hoping to have it out of the garage later this week and will get a few.

    Nice truck!!!
May I ask why you had the side tubes changed and did CBI do it or you did it yourself?
