    Hey everyone.

I plan on upgrading my suspension later down the road, but for the time being, I have acquired a very low mileage set of TRD Sport shocks (front and rear) and coils to replace my current, fairly worn out Sport suspension. The problem is, I still have the original, pre-recall springs. I've been seeing a lot of stock TRD 3-leaf springs for really cheap.

So my questions are: Is there a difference between the OR springs and the Sport springs? And if there is, can I use the Sport shocks with the OR springs? I'm mainly interested in knowing about the leaf springs more than the coils.

But for general knowledge: the OR coils are progressive, and the Sport coils are linear.

    Thanks in advance!

The OR coils are a progressive coil

EDIT: had nothing to do with your question

Good to know. Do you know about the leaf springs?

lol that actually made me even more curious. I wonder if Sport shocks in the progressive OR coils would make the ride a little less mushy but also not as stiff as the full Sport suspension :notsure:

I know the easiest thing would be to upgrade everything, but I hope that if someone else like me is slowly acquiring parts can mix and match without too much fuss.
