For those with aftermarket UCAs, did you guys get ball joints or uniballs? Are you happy with your decision?

Okay so I know it's a super super long shot but figured I would put it out there and see if anyone is interested.

    Reason:
I bought a brand new Front runner rack for the cab to match the rear Front runner rack that I already had, but once I got it I realized that they have made some changes to the design of the front rack. The biggest issue was that the racks are now about 49" wide instead of 46" wide. So unfortunately I had to order new cross slats for the rear rack to make the two racks even in width. Now I have the front rack installed and realize that I like the way the older design looked more. The new design sits slightly higher allowing more room for a shark fin antenna (which I don't have). The other benefit to the New design is that it allows you to mount one of the undermount front runner Tables.[IMG]
This is the new style rails

    What I am looking For:
I am looking for someone in Socal area that has a older version rack front and rear in good condition that is the 46" wide version with the cab mounts that look like this.

Just looking to do a swap of both racks if anyone is interested. I know it's a super long shot, but I figured I would put it out there.

    Uniball here -
No complaints aside from the uniball starts to get squeaky if you don't lube it every once in awhile.

I went with ball joints because when i got them i lived in the south-east and rust is a problem. out here i would probably go with uniballs.

How often do you lube it? I am debating on uniballs and ball joints.

I have Camburg UCA's with uniballs. I lube them anytime after a wash, after driving through wet terrain, once there is any noise coming from the front end, etc....

I hope this isn't one of those "easier said than done" because if it's that simple, I don't see why more people go uniball?
