Mine have not worn quickly at all. If I can find my tread depth gauge I'll take measurements. But they have been on for a couple years and tons of tread left. I can look through my email history and find out when I bought them.

 

Just looked through my ebay purchase history and cant find them anywhere
I know I purchased them from discount tire direct ebay page, cause they had a sale of $100 off a $400 order, so I did two orders and saved $200.
Now that I think about it, I know it was around March of 2015, cause we remodeled the master bath at the same time and when the UPS guy parked in front of the house I went out to help him since the tires and most of the bathroom stuff arrived that day.

Nah, I needed them and she was well aware. I rarely did any purchases without her knowing well in advance. I did some small stuff, but nothing that would break the bank. My km2s were getting downright scary in snow/rain by that point.

Ohhh, yeah. I read lots of threads on deal sites where people said it worked, so emailed DTD cust service and they said they had no issues with it and actually encouraged people to do it. Sad though, sometime after that they stopped carrying the st maxx in 255s from what I heard.

I think we all WANT to go do stuff man but for most of us family, work, school babies, divorces, etc comes before mods and trips. I get you are single and have all the time in the world to plan and go to these trips but the rest of us it just isn't a reality. Most of us wish it was though. No offense but I feel like you have been really condescending towards the group lately. Not sure why?

Most of us just want a decently capable truck without breaking the bank. We don't have the luxury of buying and testing stuff out as much. We need to make a purchase and know it was the right one based on the info given in these forums, research, reviews and seeing the more capable rigs test it out. To each his own though as we all have different priorities and ideas of where and how are trucks will progress.

If I really wanted to wheel hard I would buy a used Tacoma/4runner/jeep and mod the crap out of it and break it. But I cant right now and I don't want to destroy my $35,000 truck before I do.

I kinda feel like this thread has gotten to be a bit out of touch with most peoples reality and what we really all came here for. Learn about our trucks, bullshit while at work, make some new wheeling/modding/drinking buddies and help others out. To much negativity and butt hurt. I don't do the drama or care for it and I definitely don't keep up with it. I get that some of us aren't gonna get along because we are all dudes and that's what dudes do.

Whatever it is I hope it works itself out. We can use good quality knowledge in this forum. I get that people and priorities change man but we are all just bolting shit on to make our trucks look cool and hopefully get out and use it. If not it still looks cool and its ours.
