Getting a ring on my exhaust tip as well.
This is from yesterdays drive home and the drive to work today as the exhaust dump was just done yesterday.

Your AFRs may be similar to mine.

    Cruise = 14.7:1
    Moderate load / light accel. = 12:1 - 13:1
Heavy load but not WOT 10:1 - 11:1
WOT = gauges pegged at 10:1

Any idea why it's so stupid rich? 12.0:1 at WOT would be fine. Is there any reason to be richer?

I have had the UCON installed too for couple weeks, but some other things/mods are still going on and I have not been able to test it yet.

Installing the ucon on @oni06 truck really made me want to find the time to install the ucon I have for my truck. The powerband on his truck felt much smoother than the other trd s/c trucks I've driven

Mine would dip to 8.2, lowest I've seen, than settle around 10 at WOT.

As far as cruise, moderate and heavy with no boost.. I'm the same as login.

This is from one of the data logs:

    SensorsTPS 100%
    Espeed 5500 RPM
    Vspeed 63 MPH
    Airfuelcmd 10.89:1
    Sensors Wraf1 10.85:1
    Sensors wraf2 10.86:1

    UCON shooting for 10.89
Reading 10.85 and 10.86 from WRAFs.

But widebands pegged @ 10 (gauges only go to 10 so lower than 10 probably. Feels like it's drowning in fuel.

Also the fuel gauge moving down pretty rapidly as well, lol

TRD flash ECU was around 12:1 @ WOT and felt pretty strong in comparison. Feeling like UCON was a step backwards but maybe just temporarily 1 step back, then eventually 2 steps forward.

Mine probably goes down 8:1 at WOT also. I just can't see it because limitation of my gauges.

Yes with no boost yet it's already moved to 12-13 AFR. Would be nice if UCON had a map sensor and could start adding fuel at zero vacuum vs the way it is now it goes to 12-13 AFR before I even get to zero vacuum.

Maybe I'm misinformed I'm not a tuner but it seems like a waste of fuel.

Scott told me the UCON uses the rear O2s to help trim the WRAFs. Probably shouldn't have O2 sims installed if using the UCON.

Should start running better now. A battery reset may also be helpful.

Huh I'm running the stage 2 urd kit on my 09 and at wot I'm running in the 11 and 12s. Just cruising I'm in high 14s. You will probably get the soot ring on ur tip, since you pulled the cats there is nothing to burn off unused fuel and gasses. That's also why you get that more exhaust smell.

Ill do that on my lunch break. I could only go a max of 27 km after resetting the P219A code, before it popped up again. After the removal of o2 sim its been 20km and it feels good

A bit off topic, but I'm experiencing the same issue with my MAF calibrator. Seems way too rich but I'm don't have an AFR gauge to accurately measure it. Running a MAF cal map from Gadget to accommodate for the URD CAI, DTLT headers, XTP intake manifold spacer, and stock y-pipe. Running the O2 sim from URD as well.

Gas gauge moves quick and I'm getting 15mpg 50/50 mixed driving with the highway speed being 55. 4.56 gears, 285's, full armor. Truck weights in right at 5K pounds.
