Well, it means it doesn't meet the drawing... That's what happens when a company is chasing short term sales goals.

 

Bet that's noisy going together? Be careful with those ladder angles that the bottom does not kick out on you.

Yes it is noisy, and quite the echo tunnel underneath to boot. Two man teams on those ladders when in use, someone at the bottom keeping it "anchored" ... not so easy accessing all the bolt heads and it requires a person on either side to tighten all of them up.

 

Engineer - Currently in Quality. Past 'lives' as Design Eng but mainly Manufacturing Eng for most of my career. Mechanical Eng degree.

Product didn't ship and the company is taking it seriously.
