Their customer service is top notch. Surprised you have low rates with them though. But maybe that's contextual. They're notorious for having higher rates -- but you get what you pay for and they do deliver quality. I have my rental property with them. I need to switch my homeowner's over now that I can afford a little more peace of mind.

We have been with them since 1996 and have had zero issues. Have a combined auto/home policy. They have their own PIs who will investigate fraud, and were awesome when I had someone claim a bunch of crap that never happened. Never raised my rates. We also had rental insurance with them when in base housing too, and they were better than everyone.

 

I thought I had dibs on that but I haven't been able to meet up with Robert yet
