    Our CAD department argues so much about the work load and who gets to do what and which project each one works on so guess what?

    We now have a freaking CAD RECEPTIONIST. Basically they assigned somebody a role as middle man that we all have to go to in order to get CAD work to somebody so he can evenly disperse the workload. Are all CAD departments like this? It seems childish to me that they won't just pass the work off if they are swamped.
