    we have 3 CAD people. if they weren't childish they would just say, oh he/she has a lot to do let me take that or...I have too much can you give that to him/her? I just don't see the point in wasting somebody else's time when it's just 3 of them.

    Oh, that's not the issue. They all want you to give them the CAD work, they won't share when they are overloaded. They get behind while one other person has nothing to do and they won't give him/her the stuff because "it's their project"
