We need to take my wife's 4Runner in somewhere and have it tested. I'm pretty sure there is a vacuum leak but we've been unable to find it. Her MPG's have dropped from 17city/20highway to 13city/15 highway for no reason. We've cleaned everything we can pull off and clean, no CEL's, new filter/plugs/oil and the only upgrade was one tire size up. Which the MPG issues started well after she got her tires installed. There is just a general loss of power (low end torque isn't there for the most part).

Also need to swap both lower control arms to replace the lower ball joints. So she wants to take it to Big Two, I said hell no. Where should she drop this fucker off at?

Cleaned it and it made no difference. It looks fine but I don't know any way to test it. She has the 4.7v8 and I don't know anyone with that motor to try and swap sensors with.
