Don't know. Been wanting to try the Weber bricks since I saw the clearance on them in here the other day.

They had them at HD the other day but you only got a bag if you bought a Weber grill.

It's pretty good...I'll probably buy more. I'm so use to the regular white oak, pecan and apple profile.

I have a Sams card and they have a nice selection of meat, but I always end up going to the local butcher. Gotta support them family businesses.

We have one not too far from work. I used to buy a lot of meat from them, but service and quality aren't quite where it used to be. I still go there for some cuts that I can't get other places (they'll cut me huge short plate ribs), but I don't go there just for the sake of going there anymore. I'm happy to pay higher prices to small businesses, but I hold them to a high service standard.

I've been buying most of my steaks and briskets at Costco for a little while, now. Really good stuff.

My wife just sent me a groupon for a discount on a 1yr Costco membership. Probably going to give it a try, we have been Sam's members for a long time but if the meat is good and brisket is cheaper then I'm all in. :D
