Time and patience lubricates things to ensure you get the best deal where both parties are happy.

You don't want to have the salesman get a hard on when you walk through the door, the process turn into something quick and dirty, result in a premature decision before you explode driving off the lot. Then in the afterglow you realize your mistake and determine that it's a new truck you did not want. After that you're stuck with the payments for 3 - 6 years...

 

absolutely right. In truth I've realized that a third gen is out of my budget but am just having fun with this thread.
