Costco = can't be beat for high quality big cuts of meat. I have a RD membership and have tried Cash & Carry / Smart & Final, none of them match the quality availability.

IMO, of course.

 

The Sam's near me is cheaper than Costco on briskets, BUT they typically carry USDA Select with the occasional USDA Choice. Costco is USDA Prime. Their prices have gone up quite a bit around here, unfortunately. I used to get my briskets for $2.59/lb and am now up to $3.99/lb . Hopefully it's better where you're at.

Just got my RD membership and really wasn't all that impressed. Availability was good, I guess, but nothing great in terms of quality and prices weren't any better than even the local Kroger. The really large packages of frozen potato skins or shredded cheese might have been a good deal, maybe .

 

Three packs left of the original Pitfaced BBQ rub until new inventory arrives. Just sayin'

It is a good price normally about $150. And worth it IMO.

 

My drums are nearly identical in diameter. I wonder if I could use it on those, too. Hmmm.....
